THE VXSXONS

THE VXSXONS is pronounced [ze visions] : Image Republic invites you on a journey between yesterday and tomorrow in a new world where the “X” factor of time is the only master.  Somewhere between the past and the future, “visions” sketch out the contours of a new era in design, architecture and a new art of living.  From dream to reality, with some nostalgia and a definite taste for beautiful things. In the words of the poet Keats, “ a thing of beauty is a joy forever ”.  You are about to embark on a journey to a land that may never have existed. Born in Africa and of mixed cultural heritage, Isaac Hounsa-Hounkpa studied applied arts in design and interior architecture in Rennes, Brittany.  As reflected in his creations, Isaac expresses his passion for science fiction, vintage aesthetics, photography, and graphic design.  In January 2023, he finally decided to showcase his work to the public by launching an Instagram account called THE VXSXONS.  The success was both immediate and international. To date, nearly 40,000 fans are eagerly awaiting the next image that will transport them between dream and reality. Read less
