Giving a print

I want to offer an IR product to a friend. If he doesn’t like it, will he be able to exchange it?

 - “ Yes, by returning the product at his own expense as well as paying the return shipping cost of the

product he prefers, depending upon its availability. “

Regarding our prints

Are the prints delivered in a frame?

 - “ NO, the prints are delivered in a sleeve corresponding to the collection to which it belongs.“

Can I buy a print in poster format?

-“No, the images in our collections are not posters, they are prints on fine matte-finish paper mounted

on matboard .“

Are all the Image Republic creations displayed on your site ? 

-“No, for certain business reasons, some works are not shown online but are available in our points of

purchase.“

Where can I find the Image Republic collections ?

-“With more than 500 points of sale in France and around the world, there’s surely a point of sale near

you. see directly where to find us on the site and Contact us via our toll-free number to find the one closest to you.“ 

I’d like delivery outside of France. Is this possible?

-“Yes, if your country is covered by our carriers and if you provide a detailed delivery address.“

Are the shipping costs based on the size of the prints?

“The shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and the delivery zone.“

I want my package to be delivered to an address other than my home address. Is this possible?

I’ve changed my mind about the delivery address.

-“You can select a different delivery address and billing address when you place your order. In case

you’ve made an error or if you change your mind, please let us know as quickly as possible via email

at showroom@image-republic.com. Depending on when we receive your notification, we will let you

know whether it’s possible to change the delivery address.“

When will my order be shipped / delivered? What are the delivery deadlines? Are there several

delivery options?

Products are shipped within 8 days, subject to availability.

Are all online transactions secure?

-“All transactions are handled by Ogone, the Crédit Mutuel payment system. All data is encrypted and

cannot be intercepted. Your bank data will not be shared with Image Republic.“

I want to place an order on your site but would like to pay by bank check, is this possible?

-“Yes, but your order will not be processed until your check has been received and deposited into our

account. You may also call us to pay for your purchase via credit card.“
