"In Ray we trust" is the title of The New Yorker's tribute cover to the great Ray Charles, who passed away in early June 2004. Eric Palma, the author of Georgia on my mind, Hit the Road Jack and Unchain my heart, is depicted with his famous dark glasses, black tuxedo and smile on his face, in the centre of a $10 bill. He has received 12 Grammy Awards throughout his career.
