I’d like to give an Image Republic product as a gift. If my friend doesn’t like it, can they exchange it?Yes, they can return the item at their (or your) expense and will also need to cover the cost of reshipping, subject to product availability.

Are the prints delivered framed?
No, prints are delivered in a protective sleeve and are ready to frame. You may add a frame to your order, which will be delivered in the same package.

What are the dimensions of the print without the mat (passe-partout)?

  • For 22x22 cm prints → the image size is 130x130 mm

  • For 30x40 cm prints with mat → the image size is 194x272 mm

  • For 30x40 cm prints without mat → the image size is 304x429 mm

  • For 40x50 cm prints → the image size is 304x418 mm

Are all Image Republic designs available on your website?
No, for internal reasons, some works are not shown online but can be found in selected retail locations.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery zone.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within a maximum of 10 days, subject to stock availability. Some items require additional time for production (e.g., shadow box frames, Arches vellum paper prints).

Are all transactions secure?
Yes, payments are processed through Ogone, the Crédit Mutuel payment system. All data is encrypted and cannot be intercepted. Your banking details are never shared with Image Republic.

Can I pay by check when ordering on your site?
Yes, but your order will only be processed once your check has been received and cleared. Alternatively, you can call us to pay by credit card over the phone.
